Experience breathtaking views of Lilla Ullfjärden and forest with wilderness character. Along this hilly trail you get close to nature.
Just a stone's throw from Bålsta station is Vandrarleden, a 3-kilometer trail that runs up Rasberget on the southeastern shore of Lilla Ullfjärden. Here the terrain is hilly and the forest gives a feeling of wilderness. Up on the mountain you get a wide view of Lilla Ullfjärden. There is also a guest book here where you can note that you have been to the place.
Rasberget and Draget in the south have many cultural and historical remains and have historically been a very important hub for boat and land transportation between Stockholm-Uppsala and Stockholm-Bergslagen. One example of the area's rich cultural history is the remains of the 500-meter-long earth and stone wall on top of the mountain. This was probably the boundary of a cult site used at the end of the Stone Age 4000 years ago.

Vandrarleden etablerades redan på 1960-talet av Friluftsfrämjandet i Bålsta och har sedan dess underhållits med hjälp av ideella krafter.

You can get to Bålsta station by train or bus. From the station it is about 1.5 kilometers to walk to the starting point of the trail Here you will find a map showing how to walk
Veibeskrivelse
The hiking trail is located on the north side of the E18 highway at the height of the Draget industrial area. The starting point of the trail is in Håbo municipality and the trail in Upplands-Bro municipality.
If you are coming from Bålsta, turn left at the roundabout in Dragets industrial area, follow the road (Dragrännan) and pass under the highway. There is the possibility to park on a small gravel lot on the right side of the road just before you reach the first house.

Väldigt mycket backar, konstant upp eller ner. Inte på något sätt lämplig för rörelsehindrade. Jag uppskattade den lilla leden väldigt mycket och älskade utsiktsplatsen. Går gärna där igen!
