Beskrivelse
The Båthällan nature reserve is covered by old spruce forest. In the drier parts there are more pine trees, some of which are as much as 200-300 years old. In the north-eastern part, there are clear traces of a fire that raged in the 1840s.

Veibeskrivelse
The starting point is Ljungå, about four miles south of Kälarne. Båthällans nature reserve is located three kilometers west of Ljungå, you turn off road 320 onto a forest road where there is an information board.
Forskrifter
Welcome to Båthällan. Please note that within the reserve it is not allowed to:
- destroy or damage fixed natural objects or surface formations
- cut down or damage growing trees or remove plants or plant parts other than berries
- hunting, trapping or deliberately killing animals and damaging or removing eggs and nests
- carry a dog
- erect a building or carry out cultivation
- put up a poster, billboard or other disturbing device for advertising purposes.
