Lusmyran

Lusmyran is a rich deciduous forest area in the middle of Borlänge. The area has gravel paths, footpaths and a picnic area where the environment can be experienced up close. Lusbäcken runs through the area and several stormwater ponds have been created to create more natural drainage and purification. There are several spontaneous paths and some bridges that cross Lusbäcken. More open land is found around the ponds and in the power line street that passes through the area, otherwise Lusmyran consists of deciduous forest. There is both older sparse deciduous forest, with coarse willow and tall gray alder, but also younger specimens as well as lying hedges and jungle-like shrubs.
