Kulturpromenad etapp 1

The Cultural Walk in Hedemora is a city walk that takes you around to the oldest parts of the city and culturally interesting buildings and places. Hedemora was granted town privileges as early as 1446 and is thus the oldest town in Dalarna. In the past, Hedemora was a marketplace for large parts of southern Dalarna and its mountain region. That's why this particular walk starts at the medieval Stora torget. The signs with descriptions of the houses etc. along the walk are equipped with a QR code if you want to read them on your phone. The entire walk is about 5 km divided into three stages.
