Fjällstallet

The interaction between horses and humans has received increasing attention in recent years. In addition to being a great athlete, offering sports at different levels and in different disciplines, the horse also has an important therapeutic role.

Welcome to our farm and Fjällstallet, the stables in Sälenfjällen and Rörbäcksnäs where you can enjoy being close to mountain nature, spending time with horses, chickens and dogs. At Fjällstallet we work with Horsemanship, which means understanding how to build a relationship between horse and human. It means learning how the horse reacts and acts and how to avoid problems by having knowledge of the horse's nature.

With us, you will learn about life on a farm and have stable duty. Learn what life with a horse can mean. You will have the opportunity to ride, take care of the horses, learn new skills, meet new friends and have fun every day.

Our horses are our life and most of them have had a rough start in life. Our passion is to give them a fresh start and a second chance at life. We simply take care of neglected horses that have been taken into care and rehomed by the County Council. We rehabilitate them and give them a new safe life.
