Utsiktsplats, Östra Lakholmsudden

At Östra Lakholmsudden, you have an open view of the Vänern horizon. The viewpoint features beautiful rock formations and gnarled pine trees that frame the scenery in an elegant way.

You can get here by taking boat bus 97 from Vålösund Pier to the Vålön boat dock, and from there hike 4 km along the Three Islands Trail to the viewpoint. Along the Three Islands Trail, you cross bridges between the islands of Vålön, Kalvön, and Sibberön, where Östra Lakholmsudden forms one of the two southern headlands.
