Öppet demopass vid utegym VAIS-torpet

Welcome to an open demo session at this new outdoor gym, which opened this summer. Instructors from the Skiing and Running section of Växjö AIS will offer tips on all the different exercises at each station. Exercising outdoors year-round has so many health benefits.
