Behind the Royal Hunt Museum Elk Hill is the Trollskogen area. Here, the trolls Halle and Hunne, in the company of the wise owl Spanarn, take you on a fun journey of discovery that teach you more about the forest and animals that live there. Maybe you catch a glimpse of some of the forest's animals along the paths in Trollskogen.

Play golf with pine cones, learn to balance on logs, explore the adventure course or just sit down for a while with your picknick basket. If you want to sit down by an open fire, there are outdoor fire places nearby at the Royal Hunt Museum. If you have forgotten to bring charcoal, don't worry, you can buy it from the museum.

There are also several hiking trails nearby to explore. You can also rent a canoe from the museum and take it to the nearby Eldmörjan lake and enjoy a quiet paddling trip.
