Beskrivelse
Ekedal is located in the southernmost part of Tranemo municipality, south of Sjötofta. The nature reserve is an area with hilly pastures, deciduous forest, Bronze Age graves, and is crossed by Ekedalsån.
The highest natural values in the area are probably linked to the old large oaks that today stand in overgrown pastures. The aim is to revitalize the broadleaf trees through clearing and grazing.

Regler
You are welcome to visit Ekedal Nature Reserve. However, please note that it is not allowed to
- drive a motorized vehicle, other than in connection with the transport of fallen game
- planting plant or animal species.
The above regulations do not apply when the manager, or the manager's appointee, carries out measures that are necessary for the care and management of the nature reserve.
