You live in a renovated 2-room apartment, and you are close to the marina (200 m), launching (200 m), restaurant (150 m), shops (250 m), Systembolaget (300 m), sandy beach (400 m) among others!

You have your own courtyard with your own patio, so despite this central location, it is a quiet environment.

The house dates from the early 1900s, and has a solid history of what has been active in the property, including brewery, tire workshop, car repair shop, paint shop etc, and now it is rebuilt to be filled with apartments / homes!

There is its own sheltered parking in the courtyard, with sockets for charging for e.g. fishing boats.

A basement storage room where you can store your bike overnight, and there is also a small compressor and some simple tools.

About the apartment

In the apartment you will find a well-equipped kitchen, toilet with shower and washing machine, bedroom with 3 beds (6-7 beds), TV with corner sofa, free Wi-Fi.

Cleaning is not included in the rent, but you clean up after yourself. However, this service is available as an option for a fee. Bed linen and towel included.
