Trångfors vattenkälla

At the back of the red barn, you'll find the spring of spring water, and according to folklore, those who drink from it will "find the paths to wisdom".

**Please note that you drink the water at your own risk. The municipality does not take samples of the water, so the water quality is unknown.

Around Trångfors smithy, various events are organized throughout the year. A popular activity is the Trångfors Day, which takes place in August every year and is organized by the Friends of Trångfors Foundation. On Monday mornings during the warmer season, restorations and work are done in the area by members of the association. Feel free to stop and talk. They are happy to tell you about the history and the work in progress.

The association Atletfiskarna also organizes fishing activities in the canal at Trångfors in August and ädelfiske i Sörkvarnsforsen is appreciated by fishermen from near and far. Fishing licenses must be purchased for all fishing in the area.
