The nature reserve is located just south of Trummelsberg. You can reach it most easily on the forest roads that go south from Trummelsberg. From here you can also follow Bruksleden, which runs through the nature reserve. It is a hike of about two kilometers that goes both along forest roads and on trails in woodland.

There are rules that you as a visitor must follow. The rules are there to protect the area's natural values.

It is forbidden to:

• dig, cut, carve, paint or otherwise damage the surface of the ground or solid natural objects such as rocks and boulders,
• drive motorized vehicles, except for boating
• felling or otherwise damaging living or dead trees and shrubs, and damaging vegetation or natural objects in general, for example by burning dead wood, collecting herbs, grasses, mosses, fungi or lichens, with the exception of berries and edible mushrooms for domestic use
• collecting insects or other invertebrates, except for single individuals for species identification
• erecting a board, sign, poster or permanently marking out tracks.
