Kulturstig Berg

Along the cultural trail you can read about and see the remains of the people who lived here over the centuries. There are house foundations, cairns, trees and plants that show where people lived and farmed in the past. The farmland in Berg has been cultivated for more than 1000 years, perhaps since the 4th century AD. You will also see a burial ground from the Iron Age. There are information boards at six different points along the trail, which is about 1.5 kilometers long.

You get to the Cultural Trail by starting to walk Prästgårdsrundan starting from the parking lot at the castle. Follow the signs and orange markings along the path. Under links you will find a map of all the trails on Ängsö.
