Bergafjärdens camping

Several thousand years ago, before land uplift, the large Medelpads River Ljungan had a different outlet than today. The river flowed into Bergafjärden and created the delta that today is a shallow and child-friendly sandy beach with warm water that makes the sea bath an eldorado for bathing enthusiasts. Bergafjärden is a summer paradise with one of Sundsvall's finest beaches in combination with the campsite. Here you can have a really wonderful and natural summer vacation for the whole family as you are close to both the sea and the forest. In this brochure you will find activities at the campsite and in the surrounding area that suit everyone. The campsite is located about twenty minutes south of Sundsvall, the easiest way to get here is via the E4 highway.
