Beskrivelse
In Umasjö there is an unusual house built of logs by Fredrik Stenmark in the 1880s. The outer walls are constructed of round logs of mountain birch, which have been stacked as in a woodpile, with layers of clay in between to fill the cavities. Between the rows of logs there are longitudinal ribs to bind them together. The exterior of the walls is clad with clapboard and the interior is covered with clay. The house was used up to the 1940s, including a café when the middle road was built in the 1930s.

Rutevejledning
In Umasjö, about 2.5 miles northwest of Hemavan, there is a parking lot where you can park when you go to the old Klabbhuset. The summer trail towards Tärnasjön and Glimmerstugan also starts from the parking lot. Go back over the bridge on E 12 and follow the narrow road down about 200 meters.
