Hörnån

Hörnåns nature reserve is a nice destination for those who want to fish or hike. Here you can experience the wild and old forests or the meandering and rushing waterways. However, the landscape can be steep and demanding in parts.

There is a fishing trail and in the southern part, at Sågforsen, there is a windbreak. The Hörnån fishing conservation area manages the facilities.

A stretch of the Hörnån river and two of its tributaries, Gravabäcken and Fäbodbäcken, run through the nature reserve. Hörnån is an unregulated river with several valuable biotopes and species.
