Gielestjåhke

Gielestjåhke is located on the bare mountain above Laisaliden.

The hike starts at Laisaliden where you take the summer trail up towards Nuolpen / Nolhpenjaavretje. Then you continue the summer trail towards Murtsertopparna. Gielestjåhke is located approximately halfway between Nuolpen and Murtsertoppen. The hike is relatively steep. Once up, the mountain feeling is total.

Tip! Continue the summer trail from Gielestjåhke up towards Murtsertoppen. You come to a trail junction where you can turn left and come down on Drottningleden. There you choose whether to take the Drottningleden back to Laisaliden or go down to Hemavan.

Tip! The small pond Nuolpen is a good destination for fishing and mountain hiking with children. The county administrative board's fishing license is valid and it is purchased via www.natureit.se
