Sysslebäcks FVOF

In the area around Sysslebäck in the northeastern part of Torsby Municipality, there are excellent opportunities for fishing in both lakes and flowing waters.

Sysslebäcks FVOF offers varied fishing in rivers, lakes, and forest tarns, with good opportunities to catch species such as grayling, trout, pike, and perch. Klarälven is the area’s best-known fishing water and is considered one of the best grayling rivers in central Sweden. The approximately 25-kilometre stretch running through the Sysslebäck fisheries management area offers both flowing sections and calmer waters surrounded by beautiful nature.

The area also includes several lakes and tarns for those who want to explore different types of fishing waters. Put & Take fishing is available in Örbingtjärn with a separate fishing permit.

• Örsjön
• Näcksjön

• Hån
• Lillbergsgårdssjön
• Hedtjärn
• Spraggtjärn
• Blanktjärn
• Örbingtjärn

In Blanktjärn, only fly fishing is permitted. Special regulations for noble fish apply to Näcksjön, Spraggtjärn, Blanktjärn, and Lillbergsgårdssjön.

Children and young people up to and including the age of 12 fish free of charge when accompanied by an adult with a valid fishing permit.
