Raststuga, Honolulukojan

Honolulukojan is an open cabin in the middle of the forest, near Lake Truskjön. Here you stay in simplicity close to nature. The cabin has four beds, a stove, table, benches and chairs. Outside there are two fireplaces with benches and a toilet. Firewood is replenished at regular intervals. Bring your own water, it is difficult to take water from the lake.

There is a very limited amount of kitchen equipment, we recommend that you bring what you need to cook. Clean out the cabin after your stay, take the garbage home and leave the cabin and the area in the condition you would like to find it in.

As the cabin is open and cannot be booked, you must be prepared to share it with others, although you will probably be alone most of the time. The original cabin was built during the First World War. Unfortunately, it burned down, but a new cabin has been built on the same site.
