Hargs kyrka

The church was originally a gray stone church from the 15th century. In the mid-18th century, the church was rebuilt and the tower was erected in 1781. During the 20th century, the church underwent extensive restoration.

The crucifix, the church's oldest inventory, is from the 14th century and the Madonna cabinet is from the 15th century. The church also contains medieval sculptures and late medieval paintings. The pulpit and altarpiece are from 1752. Harg's church dates back to the end of the 15th century, but the only thing left from that time is the gray stone core. The church has undergone many changes over the centuries. The Russians burned Roslagen in 1719 and during the rebuilding in the middle of the 18th century, the church completely lost its medieval character.
