Teknikparken is a place for play and learning right by the visitor destinations Färna bruksmiljö and Färna Herrgård & spa.
By cranking, lifting, reading, looking and feeling, both young and old can learn more about how iron was made in the past. The raw material for iron production came from coal mines and mines. Follow the various stations that show small models of historical ironworks in a light-hearted way.
The technology park has recently been refurbished but some signs are still missing. All the features work well, the park is playful and fun, and soon the signs will be in place!

Fakta
The technology park is located in the Färna mill environment, which is part of the Ekomuseum Bergslagen.https://ekomuseum.se/
Ekomuseum Bergslagen is since 1986 a network of almost 70 different places to visit, all on the theme of industrial history. It is about a 20 mile long area in Dalarna and Västmanland. The sites tell today about life and work, technology and mining in Bergslagen in the past.
Parkering
Parking is available in close proximity to the mansion and the technology park.
Rutevejledning
Färna Mill is located along road 250 between Fagersta and Kolsva. When you enter the community of Färna, follow the signs for Färna Herrgård & Spa and Herrgården.
