At Vargkulbackarna, at the top of the ridge, you get a view of Fyrisån and the surrounding pastures. There is a picnic area with a bench and table on an accessible platform. At the rest area you can read about the ancient remains on the ridge and about some of the plants found here.
To get to the rest area, you can follow the road from the parking lot at Ånge. It works well for rolling strollers. You can also walk along the ridge, through the pastures. Follow the footpath towards Ånge bird lake for a bit and then turn left over a stile and into the pastures. This path is unmarked, but if you follow the ridge you will get there.

Overflade
There is some loose gravel on the road between the parking lot and the viewpoint. This is because it is an old country road and only natural gravel can be laid on it.
If you need transportation by car/transport service, it is possible to drive up and turn around at the viewpoint. Open the gate and drive in and turn around in the pasture. Note, remember to close the gate behind you, as there are cows grazing in the pasture.
