Beskrivelse
The playground underwent a major refurbishment during the summer of 2020 and has been upgraded from a neighborhood playground to an area playground with a Viking theme.
The playground is suitable for children aged 0-12 years. The playground has:
- A large Viking ship (with several play options)
- Climbing frame
- A balance beam
- Rocking swings
- Several different types of swings
- Carousel in the shape of a rune stone
- Back sandbox
- Playhouse
- Ball goal
- There are several different seating areas around the playground and grassy areas and surrounding nature to play in.
There are also bike racks and lighting in the playground. The lighting posts are designed with a birch pattern to fit in with the playground theme.
