Beskrivelse

This trail starts from the parking lot along 5:ans väg and extends 1.5 kilometers up to Dundret's highest peak - Åke på toppen. The trail is flat, graveled, smooth and handicapped accessible, making it accessible for wheelchairs, strollers and anyone who wants to get up. It is a trail that invites everyone to experience it, regardless of ability.

Along the way there are several benches and rest areas where you can rest your legs, have a coffee or just enjoy the beautiful view of Gällivare and the surrounding mountain landscape. It's a trail that's not just about reaching the top, but also about taking in the nature along the way.

Once at the summit, Åke is waiting at the summit hut, where Friluftsfrämjandet sometimes stays open with coffee and refreshments. When the cabin is closed, there is a warming hut where you can sit down and make a fire to warm yourself. The view from the top is spectacular - from here you get beautiful views 360 degrees around you.
