Vallentuna skolmuseum

Vallentuna School Museum is located next to Össeby-Garn church in the house that was Össebygarn's school 1887-1965.

The school museum is located on the upper floor of the old school building. It consists of a reconstruction of what a school hall and a teacher's residence could look like in the 1910s. There is also an exhibition room with, among other things, a large collection of school posters from the 1870s to the 1960s, as well as school materials from different eras collected from disused schools in Vallentuna municipality.

The school museum was opened in 1975. In 2021, Kultur Vallentuna refurbished the exhibitions and took over responsibility for the operation of the school museum.
