The scope of the angling license:

Mörtsjön Huddinge belongs to the Sport Fishing License, a fishing license that covers about 40 lakes in the Stockholm region. The fishing license is valid throughout Mörtsjön.Sjöns area: 15 hectares

Description:

Good lake, which unfortunately chokes at regular intervals, which means that the size of the fish varies between years. Mirror and mountain carp were released in the fall of 1992, but it is uncertain whether they survived the last suffocation (suffocation = the lake becomes oxygen-free during long ice winters, which causes fish death). As Mörtsjön is a small and shallow lake, it is one of the lakes where the ice sets first in the Stockholm region. All caught carp must be released back into the lake.

Commuter train towards Huddingecentrum, change to bus, get off at Balingsnäs.
