Rösjöskogens naturreservat

In Rösjöskogen's nature reserve, you can experience a varied nature within walking distance of the surrounding residential areas. In the middle of the reserve is Rösjön, surrounded by easily accessible beaches. Most of the reserve consists of older coniferous forest, but here you can also wander in groves and open cultural land with remains dating back to the Bronze Age. The reserve has easily accessible electric light trails, hiking trails and smaller forest trails. The purpose of the Rösjöskogen nature reserve is to preserve a natural area for outdoor recreation, to benefit valuable natural environments and their species, and to preserve the green structure in one of the Stockholm region's green wedges. In the southeast, Rösjöskogen borders Rinkebyskogen nature reserve.
