Beskrivelse
Mårdsjön-Borudanmyrens nature reserve is located in the forest area north of Lake Bornan. The area has been relatively untouched for a long time. Here you can visit a bog with many fine herbs. The forest is a natural forest with conifers and deciduous trees, where there are many special fungi.
There are no outdoor recreation facilities in the reserve apart from information signs.

Rutevejledning
The nature reserve can be reached on foot or by bike. The closest way to the reserve by car is from Ortala in the east, where there is a road barrier after the westernmost houses. From there, the reserve is reached on foot via a private road. The nearest bus stop is located at Häverövägen in the north, stop Kåtorp, about 1.8 kilometers from the northern part of the reserve.
Regler
To protect the Måsjön-Borudamyrens nature reserve, there are rules you must follow.
In the reserve it is forbidden to:
- drill, hack, blast, carve, dig, paint or in any other way damage rock, soil or stone
- felling or otherwise damaging both living and dead trees and bushes, and removing dead wood
- dig up plants such as reeds and herbs, or remove mosses, lichens or woody fungi
- camping for more than two consecutive days.
