The reserve is located just west of Kungsängen and Brunna.

If you take the car, there is a large parking lot at Lillsjön's bathing area. Two spaces are reserved for the disabled.

The reserve is also accessible by public transport. Take bus 557, 558 or 559 to the Hallonvägen stop from Kungsängen station.

To protect the Lillsjön-Örnässjön nature reserve, there are rules you must follow.

In the reserve it is forbidden to:

1. drive a car or other motorized vehicle outside designated roads
2. park other than in designated places
3. set up a caravan, motorhome or tent for more than two days in the same place
4. light fires outside designated fireplaces - always check first if there is a fire ban!
5. bring dogs or other pets that are not on a leash
6. digging up, picking or breaking shrubs, rice, herbs, mosses, lichens, cowslips and lily of the valley
7. destroy or damage fixed natural objects and surfaces by drilling, hacking, blasting, carving, painting or similar
8. disturbing wildlife, for example by staying near bird nests, collecting, catching or killing animals, birds, frogs and insects
9. riding horses other than on designated roads, paths and areas
10. put up posters, signs and posters or mark out tracks and set up orientation controls
