Åtellet

At Åtellet you are staying in the center of Norrtälje, at a beautiful location by the creek and the harbour. You are in the middle of the idyllic town center of Norrtälje with its charming shops, alleys and cobblestone streets.

Here you are staying at a most central location in Norrtälje. The hotel is situated just opposite the historic SS Norrtelje by Norrtälje harbour. There are 22 rooms at Åtellet, of which 4 are single rooms and 18 are double rooms, all with TV and en-suite facilities. All rooms are non-smoking, 2 are disability-friendly and 5 of the double rooms come with a balcony.

On the ground floor you will find the newly renovated restaurant and bar. There is also an outside seating area which is open during summer where you will have wonderful views of the creek and Norrtälje harbour. The top floor has a sauna, relax area and lounge as well as a large terrace with great views of the bay. There are also conference facilities on this floor.

This wooden building was inspired by the houses owned by wealthy late 19th century merchants. The idea was to recreate the character of that time in our hotel – a wealthy coastal town, built and decorated in wood.
