Beskrivelse
Årsta Holmar farm was built in the 1740s. Since then, the islands have had a variety of owners. Today, the farm is owned by Tre holmar, which provides training in tactile therapy. Årsta holmar was purchased by the city in 1886. The islands were a separate district between 1926-1934.

Ferry to Årsta islets - From August 1 to the end of September there is a ferry connection to Årsta islets. The ferry runs Wednesdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 19:00, once an hour round trip. The tour cycle normally starts every hour on the hour, departing from the pier in Tanto.
