Beskrivelse
The reserve consists of a deciduous and coniferous swamp forest. Swamp forests may not sound very exciting, but those who enter the area will find a rich and interesting flora. Here you can find five different species of orchids.
There are also several unusual species of mosses and lichens that are not always easy to recognize. Downy moss, which is considered to be one of our most beautiful mosses, is found here and is relatively easy to recognize. In the fall, there are plenty of different types of edible mushrooms here and in the surrounding area.
Good to know
Sörmlandsledens stage 30 passes through the reserve. Otherwise there are no other trails.

Regler
The nature reserve has special rules for visitors.
It is forbidden to:
- drive a motorized vehicle
- camping
- make fires
- disturbing wildlife, for example by climbing trees or deliberately staying closer than 100 meters to a bird of prey's nest, lair or pot
- breaking branches, felling or otherwise damaging living or dead standing and fallen trees and bushes
- picking plants or parts of plants, except for berries and edible mushrooms
- capture and collect invertebrates in such a way as to damage or destroy their biotopes or reproductive habitats
- carry an unleashed dog other than for hunting
- erecting a picture, poster, billboard, sign or inscription
