Beskrivelse
There are a variety of outdoor activities such as jogging trails, downhill and cross-country skiing, cycling and horseback riding. Ryssbergsbacken is Nyköping's nearest ski slope.
Ryssbergen borders two nature reserves, Svanviken-Lindbacke and Segelsta mosse. From the top of Ryssbergen, the view of Nyköping, Kiladalen, Svanviken and Lindbacke is striking. On the other side of the mountain top, the forest spreads out as far as the eye can see. The experience of moving in a large forest dominates the area.

Parkering
In the nature reserve there is a large parking lot located next to the ski slope and a smaller one located at the gravel parking lot behind the nature reserve.
Kommunikationsflows
Take bus 561 towards Nävekvarn and get off at the Ärila bus stop. From the bus stop it is about 1.5 km to the nature reserve.
Rutevejledning
You can cycle, walk on the Sörmlandsleden trail and take a bus/car to the nature reserve.
