The walk is a journey through the history of Malmköping from the 1770s to the early 1900s.
The concept Activity Rounds is based on twelve signs along a loop or a path. On the paths you can start at the end you choose. At the start, you will find a sign describing the content of the tour and a map showing the route of the loop or trail. Exciting research and interesting facts about the body and brain can be found on the signs. The signs are digital and you can use a QR code to find the exercises, which are shown with text, illustrations and videos.
In Flens municipality there are seven Activity Rounds that encourage and offer tips on health-promoting exercises for mind and body.

Vi gick hälsans stig i Malmköping igår. Vi hittade ingen info-skylt och det verkade saknas en del skyltar med pilarna som visade vilket håll man skulle fortsätta.
