Stand up paddling (SUP) is a form of exercise that suits everyone because you can adapt the training to your own level. SUP for Life is a non-profit organization in Lomma municipality. We welcome both young people and adults. We are affiliated with the Swedish Canoe Association and the Surf Association.
Sup For Life was founded in Lomma in 2020 with an idea to bring SUP paddlers together regardless of age and paddling level.
The association is intended to be a meeting place for those who want to paddle with others at a leisurely pace on Höje å and maybe take an excursion to Bjärredsbrygga (of course with gofika). Or for those who want to compete, either for exercise or at elite level. Maybe you are a family who would like to paddle together but do not really feel that the economy is enough to buy several boards?

SUP-föreningen SUP FOR LIFE är en förening som ansluten till Fritidskortet. Det innebär att du som är mellan 8 och 16 år kan använda ditt Fritidskort för att betala för medlemskap eller aktiviteter som föreningen anordnar.
