Stora Lunds badplats

In the middle of Stora Lund nature reserve, among the finest parts of Vätternstranden, lies Stora Lund's bathing area.

Here you can swim in the clear waters of Lake Vättern. Either take a dip from the jetty or jump in from the large rounded rocks that cover the entire bathing area. This is also a very popular spot for scuba divers, so don't worry if divers pop up from the depths! The bathing area is also adjacent to the Östgötaleden trail, which makes the bathing area a perfect resting place along the hiking trail.
