Ever since the late 1800s, the country store in Skeda Udde has supplied the local residents with everything from dynamite to potatoes. Today, Skeda Udde Lanthandel is a shop that offers locally produced foodstuffs, garden soil, building materials and stable bedding. During the warmer months, visitors can enjoy a coffee in the shop's garden or take part in one of the annual flea markets or other events. The shop also has a popular book exchange shelf.
