Beskrivelse
The reserve comprises two low, forested mountains with easily hiked primary forest and little mires. Here you find a number of unusual plants and animals. From the top of Abborrträskliden you have a fine view of the nearby lakes Gråträsket and Stor-Gäddträsket. The area is 1.9 square kilometres in size.

Vinterberget mountain lies about 35 kilometres east of Arvidsjaur on the boundary between Arvidsjaur and Piteå Municipality. Road 94 runs between Arvidsjaur and Vistheden. About 20 kilometres west of Vistheden a road leads southwest and passes the reserve. The same road can be reached via Lauker, turning right at the crossing at the
Rutevejledning
Vinterberget is located about 35 kilometers east of Arvidsjaur on the border between Arvidsjaur and Piteå municipality. Road 94 runs between Arvidsjaur and Vistheden. About 20 kilometers west of Vistheden, a road goes southwest past the reserve. The same road can be reached via Lauker, turn right at the four-way junction.
Regler
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hiking
- make a fire
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- driving snowmobiles on well-snow-covered ground
- fishing and hunting in accordance with applicable laws
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
