The Vice-President of the Municipal Executive Board decides

to grant Könkämä Sami village's application for a temporary snowmobile ban area for the period March 25, 2024 to April 7, 2024, pursuant to § 3 of the Off-Road Driving Act (1975:1313) and § 15 of the Off-Road Driving Ordinance (1978:594), as shown on the map appendix

that the snowmobile ban shall not apply to persons referred to in § 1 1 st. 1-3 p. off-road driving ordinance (1978:594) and persons who perform tasks according to 1 § 2 st. 3-4 p. of the Off-Road Driving Ordinance:

• State and municipal officials in official matters
• Doctors, district nurses, midwives or veterinarians in professional practice
• Mountain rescue services and, in the case of rescue services, state fire brigades or municipal rescue service organizations
• Transportation of sick persons to doctors or hospitals or in other comparable cases of urgency
• Snowmobile traffic in connection with reindeer husbandry

that it is permitted to travel on a snowmobile trail marked with a sign "Required snowmobile trail".

that the Könkämä Sámi community has an obligation to notify if the need for a temporary snowmobile ban ends or changes within the ban period
