Beskrivelse
In this old growth forest area, you can climb the mountain Stor-Pållar or hike between ancient pines and furs. There are many birds here that are only found in natural forests. Stor-Pållar is situated in Gällivare municipality and the area is five square kilometres.

Kommunikationsflows
This Nature reserve can be reached by a small road that passes by the southeastern border. From road 97 you turn east between Bodträskfors and Vuollerim, then you drive about 35 kilometres towards Pålkem to reach the reserve.
Rutevejledning
The most suitable access to the reserve from a public road is from the west. Take east from road 97 between Bodträskfors and Vuollerim, drive about 3.5 miles in the direction of Pålkem. The eastern side of the reserve is then reached from the public road.
Regler
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hiking
- pick berries and edible mushrooms
- make a fire, remember to bring your own firewood!
- drive snowmobiles on well-snow-covered ground
- fish and hunt in accordance with the laws in force
It is not allowed to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
