Beskrivelse
Ruttjebäcken is a slightly hilly, highly scenic area with easily hiked pine forest. In the nature reserve there are exceptionally large quantities of dead wood. This is scarce in harvested forests, but here the species that depend on dead wood find a habitat. The area is 0.5 square kilometres in size.

Kommunikationsflows
Just under 2 kilometres north of the village of Abraure, turn west in onto a smaller road. Follow the road for about 10 kilometres then the reserve lies on the left.
Rutevejledning
About 2 kilometers north of Abraure, which is about 35 kilometers northwest of Moskosel, turn west onto a minor road. Follow the road for about 1 mile and the reserve is on the left.
Regler
All regulations can be found in the reserve decision. It is allowed to:
- camping
- hiking
- picking berries and edible mushrooms
- drive snowmobiles on snow-covered ground
- fishing and hunting in accordance with applicable laws
It is not allowed to make fires or damage plant and animal life. Remember the right of public access and protect nature!
