The road nearest to Lamburträsk is not in very good condition and may be difficult to access with a car. If you have to leave your car near the intersection, there is a 3 kilometres walk to the reserve.

Beskrivelse
In Lamburträsk you can see the majority of Lapland’s waders and seabirds as nesting birds or migratory birds on their way north in spring. the cries of the Crane, the Whooper Swan and the Bean Goose echo over the lake. Wood Sandpiper, Snipe and Greenshank form a choir with Jack Snipe and the Curlew. The area is easily accessible with hiking trails, a birdwatching tower and stopover sites. Here you also find overnight cabins, latrines and hearths. The nature reserve is 3.7 square kilometres in size. The use of snowmobiles is forbidden, except on prepared snowmobile trails.

Lamburträsk lies about 26 kilometres west of Arvidsjaur Municipality. Follow road 95 from Arvidsjaur eastwards, turn off road 94 after just over 5 km and then turn right onto the road towards Piesker. Then it is signposted towards Lambur. The road nearest the reserve can be closed during the snowmelting period or during heavy, long-lasting rain. The road block kan be removed, but driving on the road is on your own risk.
Rutevejledning
Lamburträsk is located about 26 kilometers west of Arvidsjaur municipality. Follow road 95 from Arvidsjaur east, turn off road 94 just over half a mile and then turn right onto the road towards Piesker. Then there are road signs towards Lambur. The last three kilometers the road is bad. During thaw and heavy rains, the road can be blocked with a trestle by the road association. The trestle can be moved, but there is a high risk of getting stuck and breaking the road. If the road is closed, you have to walk about 3 km from the turn-off at Pjesker.

Det är inte tillåtet att köra snöskoter, göra upp eld annat än på iordningsställda platser eller att skada växt- och djurliv. Tänk på allemansrätten och var rädd om naturen!
