Beskrivelse
The Assjatj Nature
Reserve, located just southeast of Laisvall, offers untouched wilderness with
ancient forests where nature has been allowed to develop freely. It is home to
trees of all ages, deadwood, and a rich diversity of rare species like the polypore
fungi (rosenticka) and the lichen (liten sotlav), making it a unique habitat
for fungi and lichens that thrive in undisturbed forests.
The area is easily
accessible by public roads and features a variety of forest landscapes, from
spruce forests to mixed coniferous and deciduous trees, along with lush areas
near small streams. This diversity of environments makes the reserve an
exciting place to explore.

Rutevejledning
The nature reserve is located just over 2 km southeast of Laisvall and can be accessed via road 628.
Regler
The following activities are permitted:
- Camping
- Hiking
- Picking berries and edible mushrooms
- Making a fire (remember to bring your own firewood!)
- Driving snowmobiles on well-covered snow
- Fishing and hunting in accordance with applicable laws
It is not permitted to harm plant and animal life. Remember the right of
public access and take care of nature!
