The story wall

Year: 1997
The Storytelling Wall is an 18 meter long mural that was inaugurated during the Storytelling Festival in 1997. The painting is divided into five parts and depicts stories from all corners of the world. In each part there is a narrator centrally located.
The first picture shows how it all begins. The Great Mother sits in the Tree of Life and tells about creation to humans and animals.
The following pictures depict the stories of the Underworld, the stories of the Earth, the stories of the Sea and the stories of the Sky. Here it abounds with gods and mythological figures from Egypt, China, India, Africa, Greece, shamans, Nordic gods, fortune tellers, witches, priests and people from the Bible.
