Beskrivelse
An illuminated track in Gemla that is about 1.3 kilometres long. There is also a side trail from Leksaksvägen and Folkets Park that can be added to the loop, which then becomes about 1.6 kilometres long. The track is illuminated until 10 p.m.

Fakta
Since April 2021, there are twelve signs with Aktivitetsrundan - pulse and strength along the track. This concept trains all major muscle groups of the body. Each sign offers an exercise for children and a similar one in two different levels for adults. The exercises are aimed at all ages, from the youngest to older people who enjoy movement. All exercises can also be viewed on video, accessed via a QR code on site. Welcome here for an inspiring round at your own pace with both pulse and strength!

Clean and well maintained, nice little walk. I recommend this for both young and old, met an elderly couple with walkers the first time I was there. Parking is easy to find, don't forget to visit the toy museum, about 100 meters from the starting point. 👍
