For the 2025 swimming season, Sikabacken has become even better for play and activity. Complete renovation of the service building and a playable asphalt tennis court with nets and ball boards for spontaneous ball games. A smaller outdoor gym from Tress with lighting next door. Near the bathing jetty there is a new inviting natural play environment for all those who want to play at this nice bathing place by Lake Torsjön. Beskrivelse
Sikabacken bathing beach is a short bike ride from Ingelstad. In addition to a beach, there is relaxing surrounding with hardwood trees and meadow greenery. You can also find rare beetles like the Pyridium sanguinum longhorn beetle. The great crested grebe is often seen on Lake Torsjön. At Sikabacken, there are tennis courts to rent and an illuminated ski track of 1.3 kilometres. Lake Torsjön and northern Ingelstad offer wonderful views of at the Sikabacken bathing beach. There are large grassy areas, as well as a beach and jetty for a perfect beach visit. There is also a football pitch and a little playground, which makes this a very inviting family place. Immediately adjacent is a popular smaller campground.
