Norrskogens utemuseum, Allgunnen

At Sjömunnen there is a small outdoor museum that tells about fire in the landscape and conservation burning as a management method. There are information signs and a beautifully constructed diorama with animals and fungi that benefit from burning in the forest. You can also listen to an audio guide via QR code. In it, Ragge Raggbock tells you about the species that live in his forest after a fire.

Next to the museum, there is a nature trail in the burnt areas next door where you can read more about the different environments you pass. The museum is beautifully situated with a view of Lake Allgunnen.
