STF Skäftekärr Hotell

Welcome to this small personal hotel in the fantastic park on Skäftekärr on northern Öland. Our vision is to help protect the fantastic surroundings around Skäftekärr and make it possible for more people to experience the pearls of northern Öland. Skäftekärr is located in the middle of Ekopark Böda, with beaches and sights are within cycling distance. Stay close to the beaches in Böda, the rauks in Byrum and the harbor in Byxelkrok. Quite simply a perfect starting point for discovering northern Öland.

Stay right by the old Jägmästarbostaden (forest master's residence), surrounded by the whole park. The place receives many visitors during the high season. Calm settles in the evening, as you as our guest basically have the whole park to yourself. Breakfast is served in Jägmästarbostaden. Our rooms can be booked during the high season and are also available outside the high season for groups and conferences. Our apartment can be booked all year round.

In the summer months, our café, located in Jägmästarbostaden, is open and serves coffee, lunch, sandwiches, waffles and ice cream. We focus on activities and well-being, and the food we serve is as much as possible based on locally and organically produced ingredients. A popular destination for many visitors to the area.

We also welcome management groups, training groups, work groups and groups of friends who want to meet in a calm and relaxed environment. Family celebrations, such as weddings and baptisms, are often held in the stately forest master's residence.
