Skurö Gårdsmejeri & butik

Skurö Gård is a small farm with around 60 cows and its own farm dairy. The cows are born on the farm, they live and are milked on the farm. The milk for our delicacies is taken the 15 meters to our small farm dairy and becomes cheeses and cheesecakes. Genuine food craftsmanship!

In 2021, Skurö's "Eldost®" won first prize and "Vita Damen" received third prize at the Swedish Championship in Food Crafts. In 2020, the blue cheese "Blå Jungfrun" was awarded a gold medal at the Cheese Festival in Stockholm and "Eldost®", which can be fried, grilled and deep-fried, was awarded a silver medal. In October 2020, "Blå Jungfrun" was again awarded a silver medal at the Swedish Championship in Food Crafts, organized by Eldrimner. 2019 "Blå Jungfrun" received a bronze medal.

We have chosen not to sell our cheeses in the large chain stores, but they are available in small shops, restaurants, cafes and Reko rings. Of course, our cheeses and cheesecakes are also available at our Skurö farm shop. There are also many other high-quality products from small, local producers.
