Rågö

**Rågö is located in Tjust's central archipelago outside Loftahammar. There is a nature reserve in the inner archipelago with a sandy beach, rock pool and hiking trails.

The restaurant, open in summer, serves local delicacies. The island has a small archipelago village, Rågöbyn's restaurant, a hostel and the Tjust archipelago working life museum with exhibitions about the archipelago. There are also three cottages for rent with a total of 24 beds. There is also the Tjust Allmogebåtar association with its boat collection and boat workshop.

Every year in July, Rågödagen is celebrated, a festive day for the whole family in the spirit of hemp and pine.

You can get to Rågö by boat and in summer there are regular tours from Loftahammar. You can also order an archipelago taxi from Loftahammar.
